Everything was okay by me.
I had equality care from all the staffs, HCA's nurses and doctors and was treated with dignity and respect.

My mother waited 1 and a half hrs for urology, to have a 5 min cystislat treatment. My complaint is that no one told us what was happening. After 1 hr her form was still in the tray. The receptionist was indifferent told me she was nothing to do with urology and I had to walk about to find a urology nurse to take the form, then we still waited for 30 mins. Communication.
